ICONA IN LUCE: A project shaped through matter, gesture and light

Bruscino Design presents Icona in Luce, a work born from the meeting of artisanal research and artistic intervention, transforming an icon of Italian design into a contemporary presence.

The official presentation will take place on 29 April 2026 at Galleria Deodato Arte in Milan.

The Vespa is removed from its original function and reinterpreted as an expressive surface. It becomes structure, balance, language. A recognisable object opening into a new dimension, suspended between memory and transformation.

Dino Bruscino’s work develops through an essential and rigorous approach, grounded in attention to detail and in the harmony of components. Mechanics become aesthetics; construction becomes gesture.

Gesture, matter, light.
Three elements that define the project.

Gesture is artisanal, precise and intentional. Matter is carefully selected and shaped to express a new identity. Light introduces a further dimension, capable of altering perception and activating space.

Within this balance, the intervention of Marco Lodola takes shape — an artist renowned for his work with light. His contribution opens up a new visual reading, extending the project beyond the object itself.

The result is a dialogue between art and design that unfolds in space.

The works will be unveiled for the first time during the event on 29 April.

Icona in Luce marks the beginning of an exhibition journey that will continue throughout the summer in Porto Cervo and later in Rome.
